I have been thinking a lot of what I saw the other day in TV, specifically in doctor Oz show. They were talking about sex and all the good things it brings to the body, for example it prolongs life, improves muscles tonicity, release stress and much more that many people would just love it.
They gave too many credits to what sex produces in a person’s life and I thought “Oh boy, I am screwed. That’s why I get stressed, my muscles has lost tone and I don’t know if my life is being prolonged some how”. That program is the perfect excuse for so many women and men out there incapable or controling their basic insticts and the only thing that matters to them is seeking that satisfaction they believe only sex can bring.
Maybe yes, sex could be that great and pleasant, and that the doctor himself orders it to have a better life, but that’s not something to take it lightly, in my opinion. Sex is a gift from God that shouldn’t lost that magnificent value He gave to it and that many of us forget easily. It might be good to consider the value of it in our lives, especially because it’s something that shouldn’t just tarnish us, but praise us.
To be honest I am not worried for being part of the population that is loosing those benefits sex brings, since there is something more powerful and pleasant that prolongs life, have a good health and be in peace. That is simply God, in all His almighty greatness. If He created sex, then he has more power then it so I prefer to keep the best part which is the direct source of those great things we can have in our lives, and what comes to the case in here, the well-being.
For those who are married, life is so much easier. They can truly enjoy that magnificent gift and what a gift. That’s where sex has its magic and maximun stage.

bravo! actually, i judged your post by the title before i read it and i thought you were going to go off on a rant precisely like the ones you end up questioning in this piece. what a nice surprise.
i happen to agree with you! i don’t think anybody needs more encouragement to have sex — haha! however, we could use a little more encouragement to find meaning in our lives through self-control and learning the gift of something more amazing.
this message is especially powerful coming from a beautiful young woman like yourself. thank you.
Really good info, I like it!!
Well thank you,I really apreciate your consideration and believe me, I don’t think there are many people out there capable of that selfcontrol I refer in here, but that of course is just their business…I am just saying.
I am glad you did! thanks for droping by!
I really enjoyed this post. I would hope those doctors include in their message that sex does not trump having a real connection and relationship with their partner. All of the physical and emotional benefits that sex can bring can also be found in exercise and mental and social stimulation.
Sex as well as all pure pleasures are God’s gift to us. We do have free will, but we should also exercise self control and restraint when necessary.
Nice post!

Thanks a lot and I really appreciate your commnet. It feels good that I am not the only one defending self controls when it comes to these kind of things.
